6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of applicable fees:

Markat India retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, software components, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

Hosting Providers
Payment Gateways
Google Services
Meta Platforms
WhatsApp Business API Providers
Markat India is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, account suspensions, or issues arising from third-party providers.

Clients using WhatsApp Marketing or WhatsApp API services must comply with:

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments remain overdue.
Users violate these Terms.
Fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.
Service misuse is identified.
Upon termination, outstanding payments remain payable.

13. Modifications

Markat India reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website or services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
